Debbie Calhoun - REALTOR®

Debbie became a licensed realtor in 2020 after she and her husband became empty nesters. Originally licensed in 1983, Debbie has always had a passion for real estate, having worked for a developer and real estate broker while attending the University of North Florida, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 1993. While working for First Union Bank, she rose to Financial Manager of Bank Real Estate, a position that found her responsible for all occupancy transactions in the state of Florida. Debbie left the work force in 1998 to raise her two children, switching her focus to volunteerism in the Duval County school system, for both PTA and sports boosters at Hendricks Avenue Elementary, Julia Landon Middle School, and Stanton College Preparatory High School. She continued to maintain her accounting skills by working part-time for multiple businesses, including Leadership Jacksonville and Riverpoint Real Estate, where she has worked for the past 10 years. Naturally, becoming a realtor was the next step. Debbie has been a St. Nicholas/San Marco resident since 1970 and looks forward to serving clients through both the buying or selling process.
